Smurph: My name is Krysta Murphy. I am a college athlete who is obsessed with creating delicious meals that are both healthy and inexpensive. I love fresh produce and use it in every meal. I am currently living in Santa Cruz where I am going to school. However, I was born and raised in a small town called Truckee. Growing up I was always in the kitchen with my mom. I loved helping in any way I could and I learned all the ropes around cooking. My goal in life would be to teach people how to create great tasting, healthy meals.
